From plan to measured impact, in one place
Kheta is a platform for strategy and performance offices in government, the nonprofit sector and large enterprises. It connects objectives to their indicators and approved readings, to reviews and their decisions, and to the initiatives and evidence that prove what was achieved.
Illustrative example with fictional data and names.
Strategy and objectives
Every objective knows its indicators and who delivers it
Build the plan and its objectives, then link each objective to its indicators and initiatives, so the whole path from strategic direction to execution is visible without scattered files.
Raise beneficiary satisfaction with services
A strategic objective measured by an indicator and delivered by an initiative.
Indicators and approved readings
One approved number for every period
Define the indicator and how it is assessed, enter each period's reading with its evidence, and have an independent reviewer approve it. The result is then calculated and held fixed for that period.
Beneficiary satisfaction reading
A reading is submitted with its evidence and counts toward the result only once it is approved.
Reviews and decisions
From review meeting to verifiable impact
Every review starts from a fixed official snapshot. Its decisions and follow-up actions are recorded, then an independent verifier accepts the delivery and confirms the impact against a later period's results.
Cut service completion time
Execution stays tied to the objective it came from
Initiatives, risks, budget and evidence are not separate registers. They are part of the same performance path.
Initiatives and portfolios
Organize portfolios, programs and initiatives in a single tree, link each initiative to a strategic objective, and track its business case, baselines and benefits.
Risks and finance
Log risks and issues with an assessment matrix and early warnings that reach review exceptions, and follow the strategic budget alongside what it funds.
Evidence and reports
Keep evidence with its versions and dates, and produce reports whose numbers come from the same review engine, each stating its source and cut-off date.
Governance
Controls built into the system, not added on top
Every approval and change follows a clear path you can trace back during review and audit.
Separation of duties
Admin rights do not grant approval or verification. Whoever enters a reading cannot approve it, and whoever carries out an action cannot verify it.
Audit trail
Changes and their effects are kept as audit events, and no interface exists to delete or edit them.
Record versions
Records keep their versions, and an edit is rejected if the record has changed since it was opened, so one edit never overwrites another.
Permissions per workspace
Each workspace has its own roles, and being a system administrator gives no access to planning data without membership and a business permission.
An assistant that cites its sources
The assistant answers questions from the platform's records and gives the sources with each answer, so you can check them yourself.
Decisions stay with their owners
The assistant writes drafts for human review. It does not approve or publish anything on its own, and it does not change an official value.
